I SPEAK
English
a licensed Social Worker, Psychotherapist with a Master of Social Work. I am a social worker, a psychotherapist, somatic practitioner, and lifelong seeker of the small sacred moments that remind us who we really are.
I draw from somatic work, Internal Family Systems, breathwork, mindfulness, EMDR, hypnotherapy and trauma-informed CBT. I believe healing isn’t linear, it’s a spiraling path of remembering, releasing, and opening. Whether your symptoms are emotional, physical, or a complex blend of both, therapy can become a place where your whole experience is welcomed. My goal is to help you feel more at home in your body, more regulated in your nervous system, and more supported as you move toward relief, resilience, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
we gently explore the mind–body connection, helping you understand how your nervous system, emotions, and past.
I approach chronic pain and somatic symptoms with deep compassion and curiosity, never dismissing what your body is communicating. Pain and physical symptoms are not signs of weakness, they are often signals that your system has been carrying more than it should have had to carry alone. Together, we work to restore a sense of trust in your body, helping you reconnect with sensations of safety, stability, and presence.
things that nourish my spirit crocheting, weaving, crafting, making things with my hands,or sitting quietly with a good book and a cup of something warm. Creativity has always been my medicine, and I bring that same spirit of curiosity and presence into the therapy room.If you’re feeling called to reconnect with yourself, ease old wounds, or simply breathe a little deeper, I’d be honoured to walk beside you. Healing begins with a single brave moment. You’ve already taken it.
