I am a therapist whose work is grounded in lived experience. Over 20 years ago, I was diagnosed with a chronic health condition, and the journey that followed fundamentally changed the course of my life. What began as a personal search for healing became a deep, evolving commitment to understanding the connection between mind and body , ultimately led me to the work I do today.
My path has taken me across disciplines and traditions. I worked in Emergency Measures and dispatch Red Cross. I trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and practiced as an acupuncturist for over a decade, drawn to how Eastern medicine honors the whole person. That foundation continues to inform how I approach therapy today with attention to the body, the nervous system, and the ways our physical and emotional lives are intertwined.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, I bring together a range of therapeutic approaches including Clinical Hypnotherapy, which I use to help clients access deeper layers of awareness and create meaningful change from within. Whether I’m working with someone navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of trauma, I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and deeply human.
I believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. My approach is integrative, drawing from both evidence-based and experiential modalities to meet each person where they are. Above all, I value the therapeutic relationship, and I see my role as walking alongside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom and capacity for healing.
