About Olga

I spent nearly twenty years in cancer care as a radiation therapist, working alongside people during some of the most frightening and uncertain moments of their lives. That work taught me something I still carry into the therapy room. People rarely need someone with all the right answers. What helps is someone who can stay steady, listen closely, and genuinely try to understand what you are going through.

I also served as a Wellness Ambassador on my team, supporting colleagues through stress and burnout. I saw how often people in demanding roles keep functioning long after they have stopped feeling like themselves, and how rarely they give themselves permission to stop and look at it.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, registration #23195, and I am completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. Many people arrive without a clear diagnosis or a tidy explanation. Sometimes there is simply a sense of being stuck, overwhelmed, or tired of repeating the same patterns.

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I do not think one type of therapy fits everyone, so I want to understand what has shaped your experience before we decide together what might help. My work draws on CBT, ACT, mindfulness, parts work, attachment-informed therapy, and experiential approaches. I have completed advanced training in Brainspotting and am working toward certification.

What interests me most is the gap between understanding something and living it. You can know exactly why you react a certain way and still find yourself doing it anyway. Past experience shows up not only in our thoughts, but in our emotions, our relationships, our automatic reactions, and the way we handle pressure. Therapy is a chance to slow that down, get curious about it, and begin responding to yourself differently.

I offer Sky Therapies’ reduced-rate sessions at $120 for 50 minutes, online across Ontario, with evening and weekend appointments, working under the clinical supervision of a senior registered clinician. Most of all, I want therapy to be a place where you do not have to arrive with the right words or a perfectly defined goal. We can start with whatever brings you here and work out the rest together.

Life Outside Of Therapy

Outside of work and study, Olga is a mother of three and knows how easily we can lose ourselves in work, responsibilities and caring for others. Meditation and contemplative practices are an important part of her life and help her slow down and reconnect with what matters.
